The entrance is at the rear of the building. Buzz “Balance Health + Wellness.” Take the elevator to the third floor; we are in suite 301.

PARKING

Metered parking is available on Clybourn Avenue. Parking on side streets is available during the day (no parking 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 a.m.). See signs for restricted hours.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check and credit card for most services. Many of the services offered are billable to insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service.
